WHAT IS THIS SETTLEMENT ABOUT? A settlement has been reached with respect to banded Lipitor alleging that federal antitrust laws were violated.

ARE YOU A MEMBER OF THE CONSUMER CLASS? You are a member of the consumer class if you purchased, paid, and/or provided reimbursement for some or all of the purchase price of branded Lipitor in West Virginia at any time during the period of March 24, 2010 through November 30, 2011.
